** In ''Beyond the Myth'', you can show your maps to the council and get rewarded if they're accurate enough. But for some reason, using blue squares to mark water counts as a ''mistake'', and you are expected to represent it as normal walls. And some [=FOEs=] can swim through water, so you do have a reason to want to distinguish water from walls. Plus, the fact that a game about cartography penalizes you for making a more accurate map is just infuriating.

Hm, are you sure it is indeed because you're painting water tiles blue? I've mapped out 4F and 5F, as well as three-fifths of the next stratum (at least two of those floors have a fishing pond) in the

I\'ve mapped out 4F and 5F, as well as three-fifths of the next stratum (at least two of those floors have a fishing pond) in the \"incorrect\" way you described and I still get credit. I also do similar with 2nd-stratum \"pit\" tiles (I mark them grey), again with no issue.
