Four-level Example Indentation is nearly always wrong, so the wiki software removes it when editing a page. A quick glance at the article shows that this is indeed one of those cases. Unless the Forest Temple, Water Temple, and Fire Temple are all subsections of the first dungeon's boss room (this is a rhetorical statement; we've played the game and know full well they're not) they should not be listed as sub-bullets beneath it.

Those two sections seem like they are commenting on the first section. That is wrong. Either they should be merged with the first section, or they should be removed - we don't comment on examples.

Duly noted and fixed accordingly

^^^Not nearly, it is straight up always wrong. Any instances that look like a list of level four bullets are appropriate can always be written so that level four bullets aren't used.

Edit: For example, this query where I remembered the level four bullet issue came up could do without breaking the list into different parts of the work.
