The TVTropes Trope Finder is where you can come to ask questions like "Do we have this one?" and "What's the trope about...?" That's what goes on in the character's head, but most tropes are about behavior. How do they express their dislike for almost anything? Some thoughts:
The Cynic: "I dislike everything because everything fails to meet my standards."
Straw Nihilist: "I dislike everything because it's all pointless anyway."
The Eeyore: "It's not that I want to dislike everything. It's just that I don't like anything either."
Omnicidal Maniac: "I dislike everything, so wouldn't it all be much better if on fire?"
