I can't address the review (though it's strange, to say the least), but the rest of the things you cited are indeed problematic. Looks like they need to be set straight on some things and should pay a visit (or five) to Get Help With English.
Hmm, it's a bad "review" but I am not certain how strict we are supposed to be on such things. Suspended their editing though for the poor grammar and ZCE.

That "review" would perhaps fit better under Fridge Brilliance. Or, if it's intentional by the creator, it could just be a plain example of Pun-Based Title.
Knep has posted a strange review for the cartoon "Allen Gregory" (link here
). It doesn't explain how the troper feels about the work, and instead only points out that the show has a Pun-Based Title. I don't really read many reviews on this site, so I'm not sure if this is allowed.
