Weirdly enough I remember this episode despite barely remembering Franklin. Wasn't the premise of the episode everybody doing a different dare/bet or something, and Bear's was talking in Pig Latin?
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
"Gee Whiz, Franklin
" - the kids are all trying to do different things for a challenge for a magazine called Gee Whiz Magazine. Though it's actually Beaver who does the Pig Latin, not Bear.
There was a Franklin episode where Bear had to speak Pig Latin, but I don't remember the title.
