This reminds me, on a smaller scale, of the days when the Mortal Kombat quotes pages used to be infested with virtually every character quote in the game, until the community here removed them.
Edited by Albert3105Yeah... if a trope applies to nearly every character in a work, it's probably not a character trope anymore. At this point, it'd make more sense to just have the trope on the work's main page, explaining that the entire playable cast has multiple moves whose name gets shouted out loud when used, especially the Hyper Combos.
^ - Did we launch that Telegraphed Attacks TLP yet? If so, I'd just say that "Callng Your Attacks is part of how attacks are telegraphed."

In the Characters pages for Marvel Vs Capcom 3, Calling Your Attacks has been added to every folder, along with a list of quotes that pertain to that character's attacks. This is a game where shouting attack names is the norm, leading to clusters of 7-10 quotes one after the other that make little sense by themselves and (in my opinion) also make the folders look badly organized. I was considering cutting the entries for those reasons, but there is a hidden note at the top of the page specifically stating that is the correct way to write Calling Your Attacks examples. Normally, I would just accept it, but these pages had so many Zero-Context Examples and misused tropes that I am questioning that note's validity. So, can anyone confirm whether this is indeed how you are supposed to list examples of this trope?
