Wouldn't that just be an inverted Both Sides Have a Point?
As note in the page quote, this is somewhat inherent in Both Sides Have a Point- the fact that they both have a point but disagree would suggest that neither is completely correct.
The Golden Mean Fallacy is the toxic form of this (IE, the students should only have to wear half of the school uniform, which half is up to them.)
The inverse of Both Sides Have a Point, where a character finds both sides to be equally in the wrong.
