Yes, that's right. Not like they're a physically weak character. They could be the strongest character in the whole series, they're just emotionally defenseless against this other character.
Extreme Doormat if they are just doing it out of fear rather than real niceness.
The character isn't a villain, though.
It's also not out of fear. I'm not sure if I'd call it "niceness," necessarily either, though.

One example I can think of is Shishigawara and Orihime from Bleach.
Shishigawara is sent to attack Orihime, but when he sees her face, he thinks she's so beautiful that he literally falls to the floor, can no longer look at her, and can absolutely not attack her.

A character that is defenseless against another character. Maybe it's because they're so nice. Maybe it's because they're so cute. They just have a hard time disagreeing with, staying/getting angry at, or defending themselves against this person.
Possibly a guy and his girlfriend/crush. Maybe even his little sister. Perhaps not necessarily, though.
