Cutting a page in addition to unlaunching it can mess it up for future launches.
If it was a valid launch, that's my bad. It came up on the cutlist and I assumed it had gone through the right channels for bad launches. Please go ahead and relaunch.

I recently launched the index Being the Hero Sucks and it was quickly taken down by a mod for not having examples and using other tropes to summarize the trope. I don't think they realized it was an index.
