Lots of webcomics are hosted on DeviantArt, so that's not a problem.

And there's no rule against creating pages for your own work — though there are rules on how creators are allowed to interact with pages for their own work, which might or might not discourage you from making the page.

Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.

1) "Being submitted on Deviant Art"

Not a problem. It's okay.

2) "This would be a serious abuse of There Is No Such Thing as Notability"

That's actually perfectly fine. If it's published and available to people to read/see it, it's okay. Just consider the content — it has to be a fictional story (not all things from media are tropeable). And we don't trope porn.

3) "As much as I like my work, I probably shouldn't be the one to suggest a page. I do not expect a positive result, but I'd like to know if there's a chance."

You are allowed to create a page for your work (there are some rules; namely don't post YMMV audience reactions, don't write content on Heartwarming/Awesome/Funy/Tear-Jerker moments pages; don't write as Word of God if you haven't posted the thing elsewhere and possibly more). Should you later decide that you don't like the page anymore and want it gone, it won't be removed, though. It won't matter that you're the creator of the work or that you wrote the TV Tropes page.

However, you can neither expect others to write the page. We don't do requests like this. You want the page, then it's your job to do. However, if you perhaps have fans who are also tropers or who might be interested in becoming editors here, they would be the ones to ask. :-)

You have lots of edits in your editing history, so I assume you're familiar with this wiki's rules for work pages. There are some useful links (e.g. How to create a work page & How to collect tropes).

Ok... For the porn, no problem, there's none. There's at least a picture of a naked person, but it's SFW and the context isn't meant to be sexual in any way. For the pages, I thought I couldn't write the Heartwarming/... etc etc pages (Can I at least answer to doubts in the Headscratcher page, should there ever be one?). What I planned, were the Main (Webcomic) page and the Character page, writing down the tropes I had in mind. As for the expectations, of course I'm willing to do all the work myself, that's no problem. Can you please tell me what are the specific creator rules you mentioned?

I think you could. There is no rule against it as far as I know, but you would have to phrase it very carefully and neutrally. Not like "I'm the author and the character does it because ..." or "no, that's not what I meant."
