I asked this very question a while back and someone suggest Morality Pet too, That said, I agree it doesn't quite work and having an opposite to Jerkass to One would be a good idea (though I don't have enough examples to propose a draft, who were you thinking of just out curiousity.)

A character is a jerk, or at least cold, to everyone, except to one person. It can be his best friend, his Love Interest, his parents, etc.
What do we call this?
