There's an idea of "reincarnating in another world". I remember seeing it in this site, maybe as a TLP draft?

I think that when you get comics about being an isekai truck driver running down selected Japanese highschoolers and salarymen or where the truck is the one sent to a different world, it's safe to call it a meme.

Might be worth listing in Fandom-Specific Plot if the pattern is getting common enough to get that sort of variation. (Remember that "fandom" is a flexible term that can be as specific as fans of a single work or as broad as the fans of a genre)
