Secret A.I. Moves, Redemption Demotion

We can never truly eradicate the coronavirus, but we can suppress its threat like influenza

Redemption Demotion is probably the closest I'll get to it, since Claude isn't evil. It's just that he gains a huge and unfair advantage when you're pitted against him.

Not only can AI Claude resurrect team leaders, he brings them back all at once for only 3 CP. Yet, when he's under your control, Rapid Deployment only summons 1 reserve member at a time, for 1 CP apiece. It can't be used to summon anyone who's been killed, or evacuated.

I wouldn't mind failure so much, if I didn't fail so much.

^I'd have to agree, so I think I'll go with that one. Thanks.

Wait, actually I think I misread that. Do you fight him as a boss, then recruit him for your team? Or do you fight him as a boss, then unlock him as playable? If it's the former, then that's probably Redemption Demotion.

Claude is the protagonist/player character and platoon leader.

You only fight him at the conclusion of the "A Captainless Squad" DLC chapter, which is a mock combat mission against him and the rest of the lieutenants of Squad E - all of whom have buffed up stats. Once he's under your control again, his stats return to normal and he cannot resurrect fallen teammates.

I wouldn't mind failure so much, if I didn't fail so much.
