You can't just try to add something because it's "fanon". If it's any actual work that is tropeable, then it can be added. A wiki by itself, as Fighteer has already mentioned, is not a work.
I saw you added a quote to a character's page involving one that you created, which is also a no-no.

I think i can help clarify the situation since Laclale's first language seems to be japanese and not english and its causing a lot of problems with people understanding
I believe whats being asked is if they can add a fanfic page, as they have a japanese language fanfic/written work inspired by https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/WebAnimation/BattleForDreamIsland this including some other things, you know, the general crossover sort of thing

You may make an article for your work. You must follow the rules of article creation, including formatting, indexing, crosswicking, and correct English grammar.

Laclale, as mean as this might come across, I'm being honest and trying to save you trouble. If what we're seeing here is the average quality of your typed English and you start trying to edit the wiki or create the page you want to make, you will be on a short train to being suspended from editing, as proper English grammar is a non-negotiable mandate. We have a thread for getting help with English in the Wiki Talk forum, and I would strongly suggest that you make use of it before doing any serious work on the wiki.
Another part of the wiki that you should feel free to participate in is our Japanese translation project. We need experts like you to broaden our non-English pages, which will attract a more world-wide audience.
