Might be looking at Unequal Rites- a world has multiple traditions of magic, each with different advantages and specialites
When in a place Healing Hands are limited and bringing people Back From The Death is an very rare ability (while having the power itself is normal) whereas in another place Death Is Cheap and Healers are rare.
