It just means it's back in TLP as a draft. It's a very solid trope proposal that will no doubt be launched soon.

It would seem like that. The page had many examples and even a trope image ready.

There was just a new trope on the main page called Human Architecture Horror. When clicking on it, it says " This page was cut for reason", but nothing specific.
