Acknowledging Toys Web Original

I think we should add Toys to the filters for "Ask The Tropers", "Trope Finder", and "You Know That Show...", as well as give them a their own subsection under "Media" in the Forums. I mean, we have pages for Toys and Toys get their own folders on some Trope pages, so I don't see why they shouldn't have these.

That would make sense due to the Toys/ namespace.

Anyway, this might be a better fit for the wishlist instead of Ask the Tropers.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.
