^ This or the closely related An Offer You Can't Refuse which is when there is still technically an option to refuse not involving immediate consequences, but the villain has some sort of leverage over the hero.
The villain shows up and gives some orders to some people. They protest, and refuse to do it. The villain replies with something on the lines of "I don't remember offering you an option".
