PS: Without providing a link to the work this example comes from, there's no way for us to tell if it's even valid. From the way it's worded, I'd go for Faux Affably Evil, since the bully (what's his name again?) still beats up Max.

Is it clear from the last sentence what it's describing? What happened is that Johnny (the bully) extorted Max for fifty cents, but Max only had a whole dollar, so Johnny gave him change.
