You can technically have What Could Have Been examples for works that aren't out yet. It gets leaked or mentioned when elements are deleted. For example, WhatCouldHaveBeen.Sonic The Hedgehog has a section partially on the upcoming film.
I thought YMMV was based on audience reactions, how can you have reactions to something that does not actively exist as of yet.

Plenty of works have YMMV pages before release, though they're often locked because they tend to lead to natter and arguing.
I know the question about having YMMV pages for unreleased works has come up before, but I want to get feedback on a Trivia page made for a work. Specifically, one made for the just announced Batman movie.
I may just be paranoid, but does anyone else find this...weird? The movie is so far out, and I find it odd to call a What Could Have Been for something that's at minimum 2+ years out. Yet, I don't want to unilaterally cut it.
