Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
If you're not sure what the trope is actually supposed to be about/what actually counts as a valid example, you could make a thread in Trope Talk.
If you know what the trope is about, but see misuse that needs to be cleaned up, you can just go ahead and make a thread in Projects: Short Term- you don't have to do anything else first.
If you think there is a problem with the trope's definition, then you can open a thread in the TRS. You can try the first two options first, or just jump straight in to the TRS if you're pretty sure about misuse. Read this post for more info. You can use the evidence you've already gathered in your WickCheck to bolster your argument.

I was wick-checking for Broad Strokes, but before I launch anything at TRS, how can I ensure the trope is used properly, as I've seen some ZCE's when doing a check.
I can't really start a trope in Projects: Short Term as I haven't done a TRS thread, but where's the best place to discuss this?
