A situation where a punchline doesn't even need to be verbal to work, instead one character just has to point at something in order to make the joke work.
For example, "The problem with asking a general 'You and what army' is that he just has to point out the window".
In Kaamelott, Arthur receives a message stating "Piss off". His father-in-law Leodagan recognizes the message as being from him, but can't remember what it was in response to. In the end he remembers Arthur had asked him for a loan, and when Arthur asks about how that's coming along, Leodagan just points at the message.
