The current issue is with moderators editing already-locked pages. I don't know if the issue also prevent them from creating new pages in Main/ (that's a different thing). You should just ask by making a request on the thread.

Once the "Locked Pages" thread announced the problem was fixed, I made the request. Literature.Liar was moved to Main.Liar yesterday. (Notice that this preserved the history, too)

'Cause the disambig doesn't cover just literature, but tropes and films and stuff?
Also would point Main.The Liar to Main.Liar, and change the description to match.
Not sure if moves are possible right now, given current issues
with locked pages.
