I remember watching this as a kid and for the life of me I can't seem to figure out what it was called. I'm pretty sure it was an animated children's show set in Paris but the show wasn't actually in French, and the main characters were two (also French) anthropomorphic dogs. One of them had white fur and the other one was either dark blue or black, they seemed to be children as far as I know. I recall this one episode specifically with them building a blanket fort and saying something about "fish fingers and apple slices". Any help would be highly appreciated.
