Wow, I never knew there was an animated version. I liked the book as a kid. I'll have to check this out.
It’s not western animation, the characters are British. It’s about less than accurate fairy tales (like if cinderella was a modern girl who is abused by her mom and stepsisters and jack from jack and the beanstalk helped get her out of that home life) and I can’t remember the name for it. Help! (It was on Netflix last time I saw it)
