You have a warped definition of what Hate Dumb means. Clarifying points of plot, motivation, or characterization is a legitimate use of Headscratchers. I will continue monitoring the page but the line is drawn around the point where you are asking about something in terms of story logic versus "why did the author do this stupid thing?"

Absolutely. Kudos to Fighteer for all that work, but Headscratchers is just attracting all the hate that the main page would have had if it weren't locked. I'll clean up the creator bashing from WMG, but I'm of the opinion that we just lock Headscratchers.

Edit: Ah. If we're going to monitor it, then that's not such a big deal. Nevermind then. Edit Again: Looking at the rules for WMG, should creator bashing be left on there just because WMG is meant to be a sillier section, so there's more leeway?

I did not look at the WMG page, but if it's similar, then it too needs to be chopped. "WMG: X is a Time Lord" may be silly but it's ultimately harmless. "WMG: The author of this work kicks dogs, eats babies, and jaywalks" is creator bashing and is kill-on-sight.

Edit: I looked at it. It's not quite as bad as the Headscratchers article but I think that any WMG referring to Paolini and/or comparing Inheritance to Star Wars should be killed.
