YES! That's exactly the show I remember! Thank you so much!
I remember watching this cartoon on the on demand feature of xfinity. It was about this kid who left his notebook on his desk at school, then returning the next day to find a message in it written by an unknown student. The student was supposedly a vampire who sat at the same desk during his school sessions at the same school but at night along with either other vampire students or a school with other monsters. This cartoon also had either very old looking animation or a sort of South Park-ish paper animation style. I remember finding this cartoon around 2010-2012. I thought the company who may have broadcasted it was Kabillion, but i haven't been able to find it on their website. I've stubbled upon this other cartoon called "School for Little Vampires", which for a while I thought was what I watched. But it wasn't close at all to what I remember. "Casper's Scare School" was another possibility, but I clearly remember it being 2D animated, not 3D. I've been looking for this for years with no luck.
