Only one of those examples (Memetic Outfit) appears to be an in-universe example and thus should be marked with the in-universe tag. Other than that, tropes marked as YMMV as well as fan reactions should not be anywhere outside of the YMMV tab.
Aside from that, mostly pointless edit-warring.
The motive i put it here was because Power Ace was rude.
Oh yeah, that too. *ahem* Rudeness in edit reasons are generally not advised.
Hell, even when I'm viciously killing off This Troper in articles, I try to do it with a sense of class.
Power Ace's behavior, on the other hand, is not classy at all.
That said, having looked at your own edit history, I think you may want to leave some sort of edit reason whenever you delete chunks of entries. You may have good intentions, but they're not entirely clear to other editors.
Edited by LosingStreakI don't mind the whole "in-universe" thing, even if I didn't notice it right away. Suppose it makes sense.
What was with the "It's not in the red" edit though? Memetic Outfit did show up red when it was deleted months ago and it does now.
The Clingy Jealous Girl example remembers an Epileptic Trees example and have a link to Fanon. Both Epileptic Trees and Fanon have a YMMV banner and i removed the example . Is this the example Power Ace is referring.
Edited by MagBasThere seems to be some confusion. There are two examples in dispute, both of which have YMMV issues: Memetic Outfit and Clingy Jealous Girl.
This one doesn't seem like in-universe YMMV by the nature of the trope:
- Memetic Outfit: His capes. Just ask Marina, who was almost close to being obsessed about them.
It's an audience reaction. This isn't an in-world example because it's one character reacting to another, not a character watching a Show Within a Show and having the reaction to a fictional-fictional character.
Clingy Jealous Girl is harder to work out. It references events in the work, but then talks about fanon. If it is really fanon material, then the example doesn't go here. If we can ditch fanon and given an example purely in the work, that version we can keep.
The main point here, again, is how we resolve disputes: contact the other troper, take it to discussion, and if that fails, come here.
And no, from the OP that edit reason isn't OK. PMed PowerAce.

"BLAH BLAH BLAH, coming from someone WHO'S F*CKING LATE in making a counter-edit. Have you noticed you're the only one OBSESSED with something like this? And it's not in the red, is it? Man, you must be BLIND." This is Power Ace's 17 July 6:44:16 AM edit reason here Ptitleh8xduufy
