What type of animation was it and where did you see it?
I understand that the Bratz dolls had a cartoon, could that be it?

Bratz?
It's an old cartoon about girls,they all look kinda like divas,they wear a lot of makeup,have really girly clothes and a Barbie-like figure (big breast,small waist,big butt) I think the girls are in highschool
