Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

The ban on discussion of ME3's single-player campaign ending is not because of that one person, although they do keep returning from time to time to vandalize articles across the wiki. Rather, it's because it cannot seem to be conducted civilly no matter how many times we thump and ban people. So, thank the players for ruining it.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Yeah, that one particular user is a symptom, not the disease.

I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask this sort of question.
So this question came up when I was browsing the Mass Effect: Andromeda thread. The ending to the single player campaign of Mass Effect 3 was brought up briefly, and I mentioned that I thought that particular topic was banned according to the Video Game forum rules. I was then told that it was primarily banned because of one particular user, and that the topic had been discussed civilly on the forum before, with the implication that it isn't really a "banned topic" anymore.
I was wondering if that's true and, if it is, can the rules of the Video Game forum be updated to reflect that?
