Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

Deleted the comment, although we can't restrict him without a full IP ban. IP = 75.72.187.5 for future notes.
Edited by Fighteer "It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"...meaning that a grand total of two people know what the comment was in the first place. No offense, but couldn't the deletion have waited for some other people to weigh in?
It amounted to "this trope is disgusting and you're all gross for having it."
Frankly my problem with the post was the use of the slang term "sperg".
For those unfamiliar, it's a shortened form of "Aspergers" and it's a vaguely-defined slur in the internet community.
Edited by SoWeAteThem Out eating the neighbors' tax forms, should be back soon.Well that's kind of harsh. The loser making the comment is stating he's worse off than those who have a genuine medical condition.
His statement was that the page was full of sperg. The Urban Dictionary has this definition [1]. He wasn't saying anything about himself at all.
Those who have aspergus are way better than those who throw about accusations of trope pages being full of spergs.
- Sigh* The Dragoness, you probably mean well, but let me tell you, as an Aspergers sufferer myself:
Taking pride in one's disability is worse than Misplaced Nationalism. Especially Aspergers.
He was saying that a bizarre amount of attention was being paid to something strange. Which is rather common on a wiki, but still.
