For those unfamiliar, it's a shortened form of "Aspergers" and it's a vaguely-defined slur in the internet community.

Well that's kind of harsh. The loser making the comment is stating he's worse off than those who have a genuine medical condition.

His statement was that the page was full of sperg. The Urban Dictionary has this definition [1]. He wasn't saying anything about himself at all.

  • Sigh* The Dragoness, you probably mean well, but let me tell you, as an Aspergers sufferer myself:
    Taking pride in one's disability is worse than Misplaced Nationalism. Especially Aspergers.

He was saying that a bizarre amount of attention was being paid to something strange. Which is rather common on a wiki, but still.
