"Tunnel of Love" by Dire Straits ends with a totally rockin' guitar solo, but it begins with a carnival-music intro.

That covers a lot of ground. How about Spinning Wheel by Blood, Sweat, and Tears? It ends with calliope music.

Queen's Seven Seas Of Rhye ends with a gentle rendition of the dance-hall classic I Do Like To Be Beside The Sea-Side. Brighton Rock starts with some classic English fairground sounds.

Maybe "Feel Like I'm Fixin' to Die" by Country Joe & the Fish, or "Palisades Park" by Freddie Cannon, or "It's Johnny's Birthday" by George Harrison, or "Miracle Goodnight" by David Bowie.

Those are just some carnival music-type classic rock songs off the top of my head. I think we're going to need some more information to narrow it down.

Psycho Circus By Kiss has carnival/carousel music at the end IIRC.
