It takes two people to commit adultery. If he's an adulterer, then so's she.

That said, I'm not sure either of them qualifies, from your description. Adultery is generally taken to involve a marriage — if he's only dating someone else, two-timing on her might be sleazy but I don't think it counts as adultery.

By the way, I hope this conflict you speak of is taking place on the discussion page, not via edit warring. Even if you're right, edit warring is wrong.

It was taking place on the main page, but it was also nearly 3 weeks ago (the last edit concerning Sympathetic Adulterer was on March 5th), and has apparently been resolved.

Also, please note that it's as important that the characters be presented as sympathetic as that they be adulterers. And if you're going to nitpick that someone has to be married to commit adultery (which is not true — the defintion varies and can include an unmarried person having sex with a married person as an "adulterer"), you also need to accept the nitpick that it requires sexual intercourse, not just "making out."

Saying he "keeps insisting" when it would be more accurate to say "kept insisting" invites speculation that you're more concerned with getting Moleman back in trouble than the condition of the page.

Agreed, someone who commits adultery, even if themselves aren't dating, is an adulterer.

I looked adultery up and it said you have to be in a relationship with someone else.

Gwen was single so while she is considered a boyfriend stealer, but not a cheater. Who did she cheat on?

Moleman has it on the Total Drama YMMV page now, that's why I said "keeps insisting."

And that's where it belongs, since there's a difference of opinion.

That's what YMMV is for — the things that are likely to produce disagreement over whether they are present or not. In this case, the disagreement stems from two differing definitions of "adultery". Drop it.
