We have P.O.V. Cam, but doesn't mention using colored filters.

Um for example the dinosaurs view was entirely red and that was passed off as how animals see the world.

^ I understand that, but chances are, if it isn't mentioned in P.O.V. Cam, which I don't believe it does, then it probably doesn't exist. Take it to YKTTW.
I know this trope exists but I can't remember the name. Basically in film or other visual media the point of view shot from an animal/non-human is done with coloured filter or similar to represent their POV.
I think the Jurassic Park hand an example.
