As far as I am concerned, doing so is no more legitimate than putting it on the works page directly.
After some consideration, I'm actually considering nuking or pulling to discussion that whole second level bullet as natter. It expands the explanation on the first bullet level, but it's not essential to explaining how the trope applies. (It also violates Example Indentation, so the choice is merging or removing.)
