The TVTropes Trope Finder is where you can come to ask questions like "Do we have this one?" and "What's the trope about...?" Trying to rediscover a long lost show or other medium but need a little help? Head to Media Finder and try your luck there. Want to propose a new trope? You should be over at You Know, That Thing Where.
Cold Reading is not a power (it's a skill). The Seers index has Astrologer as the very first trope. We don't have anything about telling the future from cards, specifically, but Fortune Teller should work.
In general, when searching for a trope: start by typing what you want into the site search box. If you don't have "new search" toggled, at least some computers won't actually do any search, so be sure it is toggled. Other than that, you can use an external search engine (type "tvtropes [whatever you're searching for]").
Otherwise it's often useful to browse any indices you think may be relevant (e.g. when looking for something on mice, try Rodent Tropes) and the pages for any works that you think may have the trope in question. Sometimes we won't have the trope for the specific situation, but remember Tropes Are Flexible and Playing with a Trope happens a lot.
