Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help. It's not for everything, though. You have to convert the image to a PNG, JPEG, or JPG format, and then upload it. Most Fandom images are WEBP images, which TV Tropes does not accept.

The best way to convert the image is with an online image converter, or by simply taking a screenshot of the image in question which will save it to one of those three formats (PNG for Firefox, not sure about other browsers). The latter might reduce the quality of the image, though, so I'd personally suggest using an online converter.

You can also install an add on to your browser that lets you automatically save the image as a .png or a .jpg. I use WebP/Avif image converter by Nullbrains, and can just right click and convert to save.

I suggest you to just copy the image, paste it on MS Paint, and then save it as a PNG/JPEG/JPG.
