I'm not sure. I have told Plush2012321 that I've had to revert one of their edits and to tell them not to do those kind of edits again, but they didn't listen.

Remember, edit reasons are not a chatroom, you don't address other tropers in it, and they don't count as talking compared to direct messages.
They've made Fanfic.Rugrats The Legend Of The Reptar where those Vasto Wolves appear, so it seems they did listen to you and there doesn't seem to be a case of edit warring.

I honestly did not know about this, and while I am trying to follow the rules of TvTropes to a T, I am still concerned about the state of the Rugrats character pages and the The Rugrats Movie page. Plush2012321 is still making unfavorable edits to the former page. Right now they're not as severe as they were before, but I still want to make sure that both those pages are not places for fanfiction-based edits.

I would like to report a user known as Plush2012321. This user is vandalizing the Rugrats character page and the The Rugrats Movie page by adding fanfiction-based content to them. For the former page, Plush2012321 keeps adding folders for animals that weren't in the movie, and for the latter, Plush2012321 keeps referring to the Wolf as a "Vasto Wolf" and the forest the babies get lost in as "Skull Territory". I've reverted the edits to the latter page, but someone else had to revert this Plush2012321 to the former page. That wasn't enough, as Plush2012321 re-added the fanfiction-based content. I'd like to have Plush2012321 reported as soon as possible to ensure that this vandalism doesn't continue.
