While I don't think the misuse is worth suspending for on its own since they haven't received any misuse notifiers (and since they aren't edit warring, and don't appear to be a sock of creader), the bad grammar in that example combined with the fact that they've received two grammar notifiers led me to suspend them for that reason.
Edit: That, and I checked and some more recent edits of theirs have ZCE issues despite six notifiers for that.

So, on Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid – Humans, I deleted a Cleavage Window example from the Bandit's folder as misuse back in 2020, and promptly forgot about it. Fast forward to 2022, and Potential1900 added it back without an edit reason. I just noticed that readdition a few minutes ago.
The thing is, the picture shows that she doesn't qualify for the trope (and being familiar with the work, I know she doesn't qualify at any point), just showing cleavage without the window effect the trope requires, basically being misuse for cleavage in general. I don't want to edit war, so I'm bringing it up here.
