It says "You may want to ask". It's a suggestion, in case the page's cut reason is unclear about what the problem was, or you're unsure if your intended approach solves the problem.
In this case, the page was cut because Creator pages in general don't get Trivia subpages; trivia items get listed directly on their page. There is no need to recreate it.

Creator's aren't supposed to have trivia pages. Trivia tropes just get listed on their main one.
Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup thread
So I saw Tim Wilson had a Trivia page but it was cut and I see some Trivia tropes that should be in that tab but it said "Ask to make sure it's safe to recreate" what does that mean? Why would I need to "ask the tropers"?
