As your friendly neighborhood Admin Team, the gang here at TVTropes HQ is always working to improve the site.
Many of those improvements begin with suggestions posted right here, on the Community Wishlist. Is there a feature you really want on TVTropes? Post it.
Is there something we could be doing better? We want to know. Do you think we look fat in these pants? We were totally afraid of that. See a bug? Report it.
Important things to know:
- We're all about that content-creation life! The top contenders for our attention are ideas that'll create more content, like the video uploading feature, or speed up launching new pages. On the flip side, design or layout tweaks won't be our top priority.
- Help us dig through the goldmine of old wishlist items! If you have an old request gathering dust or spot one you're totally on board with, give it a bump and a like. There's a treasure trove of 6+ years' worth of ideas just waiting to be rediscovered. Items without enough love may not make the cut and will be closed.
- Was your wishlist item locked up without an explanation? It was most likely disapproved or just too big of a task versus the benefit it would ultimately have. Time is precious, and we want to focus on updates with the biggest bang for the buck. Don't be discouraged though! We appreciate every idea and we're always listening.
I have a menu of such links on my Tropers page, so tropers pages need a menu so these can be checked for any troper.
TroperWall / WikiMagic Cleanup
- Recent Edits is already accessible from anyone's profile.
- Forum Activity can be found in the Forums page and searching "Find Posts By User"
- TLP Activity can be accessed from Trope Launch Pad, but only My Activity. Not sure who've tipped me that it can be queried for a username, probably mods when it was implemented.
- I honestly don't recall Discussion/Comment Activity anywhere aside having a direct link at Administrivia.Itty Bitty Wiki Tools.
Ah ok. I appreciate the breakdown! Seems TV Tropes has an issue with certain features or pages being 'hidden'. Another wishlist request
i found was for putting those Wiki Tools in the sidebar.
I'm curious how many buttons/features aren't easily accessible and which ones should be added where. Still getting used to the site so not sure whats the most important yet. I'm for sure adding the wishlist/bugs to the sidebar so far though. That'll hopefully get more traffic in here to help me figure out what i should tackle next.

I should also mention to the OP that here are also 2 other very popular wishlist items related to discussions that I'll be adding to my next batch of updates: wish 1 , wish 2
I feel like the Page Discussions are not given much attention in my opinion, so much like the Troper Page being added on the Dropdown Menu when you click your avatar, I hope the Discussion history would be added as well hopefully.
