It should probably be Series.Red Nose Day, given that's the name of Comic Relief's telethon. Of course, there probably still should be some page leading to the charity the Red Nose Day sketches are done for.

You shouldn't need a TRS to do a namespace move.
It's listed in the Useful Notes index, so I guess it goes in Useful Notes, and Series.Red Nose Day can get a works page if someone can find tropes for it.

The information about the charity is now at UsefulNotes.Comic Relief. Comic Relief is now a disambiguation page. I'll work on the wicks when I get a chance.

Comic Relief is a page about British charity telethon. However, it has some 280 wicks, almost every single one of them being used to mean Plucky Comic Relief.
It seems to me that the solution is to move the page to either UsefulNotes.Comic Relief or Series.Comic Relief, and make Main.Comic Relief a disambiguations page or a redirect to Plucky Comic Relief.
It this something I can do on my own initiative on the grounds that namespace moving and removing bad examples is a free action, or does the scale of it mean that I need to go to TRS?
