It shows as ComicBook/XTremeXMen2001 to me, so it seems there's no problem. The capitalization in URL follows the wick you've opened it from. Entering a leaving another tab, like Related, shows the actual wikiword.

X Treme X Men 2001 (with the CamelCase that matches the actual comic's title and every other X-page) Vs. X-Treme X-Men (2001) (CamelCase used for this particular works page)

Update: it's the bug mentioned here. There is no current workaround.

The page capitalisation has already been fixed, but the WikiWord was created with the old capitalisation, so will remain tied to it.

So... @%$£, basically. I'll add a note to the relevant Discussion page.
