I checked through the last 10 or so pages they edited and this is the only one that had this level of bad writing, so I'd say just fix it for now.
I'm not sure about you, but I don't usually report people on ATT for a single edit with poor grammar, especially if all of their other edits are fine. I report people for either:
- Serious problems that warrant a mention immediately (i.e. vandalism, edit wars where both parties are at each other's throats, nuking TLP drafts without giving a reason).
- Problems with somebody's edits (i.e. natter, complaining, poor indentation/grammar/spelling) that have a consistent, notable pattern. In all of my reports, I try to include multiple edits for each problem mentioned.
If it's just one edit, all the rest are fine, and it's not one of the serious problems I mentioned, I just leave it.
