I'm surprised we don't have it, but I can't find anything. If we do have something, maybe crosslink it with Mysterious Animal Senses and Invisible to Normals.
I've seen it a million times. A character blows a whistle or makes some other sound that seems inaudible, but then it attracts dogs because only they can hear a frequency that high.
