Huh I tried to get Valentia yesterday but the Gamestop store said they were sold out.

Turns out people are buying them in shit droves now to get ready for 3 Houses next month.

The Hell though, the games aren't even connected. They are stand-alone for the most part. I ended up getting Subnautica instead cause you can't go to a store & not buy something after forcing your parents to randomly drive you after all

As someone from back in FE's "literal who" days (outside of Smash memes), I'm just glad Three Houses and its trailers and media coverage are getting people are getting interested enough in the series to buy the older games at all, whether they realize that they're mostly unconnected or not, especially if this leads to people playing the earlier titles too. I'm extra glad that we finally had people realizing that advertising sells games before the series got canned.^note RIP Tellius series sales, you weren't even given a chance

Apparently the next issue of Famitsu will have more information on the "War Phase" of Three Houses. Crossing my fingers for some really interesting information.

Some official merch◊. One of the posters shows last members of the three houses, one more member for the church/teachers and portraits for three villains. The chick is presumably the one which we see being choked to death in the latest trailer.

You know fates had a lady getting choked out at the end too. What is with that.

It's funny how I feel like I dont know enough about the game yet despite how close we are to release and how I objectively know quite a bit. There's just so much that goes into a FE game what we've seen feels like such a small part.

We saw the orange-haired lady in the second trailer. her eye was twitching, so either she really doe sget choked at some point or she's just really crazy. Actually all trhee of these villains have been shown in trailers before. It's the bearded white guy and the old guy with a black eye that talks about the "fell star".

This meme reminded me we don't actually know much about Byleth's personality yet.

Ingrid's profile is up on the Japanese Twitter. She's the childhood friend of Dimitri, Felix, and Sylvain. She's always wanted to be a knight, and Dimitri already considers her an accomplished one. She also apparently has quite the sweet tooth.

People are already joking that Ingrid, who's childhood friends with three different handsome nobles in a game drawn by Chinatsu, is an otome protagonist.

It does seem like the school aspects aren't thrown out of the window after the time skip.

Just started my first Hector Hard Mode playthrough, and I gotta say it's already proving more difficult than Hector Normal. Currently stuck on The Peddler Merlinus (Chapter 13x).

Don't be afraid to use Marcus with a Hand Axe or Javelin to sweep the top half of the map there. The enemies are rough for the growth units, but hardly stand a chance against him. He'll basically destroy anyone but the boss (whom he sets up with a Silver Lance hit for an easy feed to a strong growth unit).

Also, Hero is apparently male units only, even though Mercenary wasn’t, and Warlock is available for all units, even though Dark Mage wasn’t? What gives?

Mage was gender neutral, so it makes sense for Warlock to be too.

Honestly I'm disappointed by the advanced classes. They're just better versions of the intermediate classes. In this system with no strict promotion lines they could have done so much more to make the different tiers of classes different from one another. and there's still only one class each of fliers, riders and armored units. And no magic/melee hybrid classes. And no magic classes with anytihng other than a regular movement type. And there still doesn't seem to be any authority-classes other than the lord's special classes. Hopefully the final tier will be less of a disappointment.

I'm kind of wondering why everyone sees that silhouette in trailer being that someone is being strangled, I thought it was obviously someone stabbing them with their hand and ripping out their heart because lot of anime folk do arm stabbing

Also, are majority of Crest's names from Celtic/Briton/Welsh/Irish/Scottish mythology?

Possibly, though not everything in the leak was true anyways, there was always some false info sprinkled in
