Well fuck me sideways. I wasn't expecting a return to the "Kasen is an oni" plot thread. I thought it had been put aside for the youkai sages butting heads with one another.
I do lots of stuff. The real question is am I any good at that stuff.

I figured Kasen being an oni plot and the youkai sages plot were likely one and the same. At least, whatever caused Kasen to forsake all of that ("that" being either an oni, a youkai, a sage, her initial beliefs, whatever) and become a hermit and possibly even lose her arm is probably related to (or even one and the same with) her relationship (or even break-up) with the youkai sages.
Hmm, I wonder if Hecatia's "Welcome Hell" shirt is like, some sort of in-universe meme going around with Hell's denizons due to that recorded announcement.
