eh saving up macca isnt a problem in strange journey.
you get the first 100 or so thousand macca pretty early and by sector f ive broken through the 600 thousands. the fact the stuff you'll likely buy require atma or whatever you'll run out of and need to go out and grind to get before you'll ever lose that much money might have something to do with it
ive only used the demon compendium thus far to spam silky and the occasional higher level demon to fill up my compendium more which is pretty cheap

That's assuming you didn't resummon demons from the Compendium, which can and will drain your Macca, depending on their level, stats(?) and skills.
As well as diposing Forma for Macca, but there's also the fact that you need them to assemble items, equipments and Apps.

Regarding Fusion: A lot of demons seem to treat it like sex. So... is that how demons reproduce? That seems like an awfully inefficient method of reproduction.

Sure, it's inefficient, but you must remember, most demons that aren't born of fusion just tend to puff into existence for one reason or another, so I don't think breeding is a problem for them.
And I'd fuse with you any day, baby.
The emotions of others can seem like such well guarded mysteries, people 8egin to 8elieve that's how their own emotions should 8e treated.

And naked Personae.
But the Moral Guardians always seem preoccupied by GTA and FPS games.

Maybe the moral guardians stay away since the naked persona are all based on actual mythological figures, and that's just how they are?

Persona 3 let you shoot yourself in the head to summon Satan to attack your enemies. I can only assume that the game doesn't have wide enough appeal for Moral Guardian rage. That or the ones who heard about it immediately died of a stroke or something.
Persona 5 is definitely going to exist

really, up until Persona 4, Persona 3's ending was happy by that series' standards. This is usually a pretty down series.

Reaching the Future, the hard way
The thing about Atsuro's ending is that iirc, the demon program made in that ending just makes all demons in the human world listen to people without question. It's not like a mass contract where they are willing participants. If it wasn't for that bit of things, it'd be my favorite ending, but that just doesn't sit well with me at all. At least in gins ending they get sent back to their own home
In Strange Journey I'm in the last sector. I have never fused more than this in a megaten game.

According to Megami Tensei wiki, there's some Hindu-based persona, like Seimen Kongou. What'd ya know.
There's also Matsu, Maki's initial persona that's Chinese.

When healing, use magic to fully restore your HP and just use the Sickbay and healing points to restore your MP. It'll save up Macca in the long run.
Feel free to fuse, fuse, fuse, unless you're getting the demon's Sources. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
