I thought I'd copy and paste another troper's recent complaint after the same thing had just happened to me moments ago.
"Anyone else having problems with adding anything? After I click Send (or whatever the button to add things says), the page loads, and the entry isn't there! When I preview the page, the entry shows up, but when I try to put it on the actual page, it's not there..."
