Let's also keep mind that Narancia was in the middle of the most blase bunch of buggers imaginable. After all, everybody there did not even turn their heads towards Narancia when he lopped off his tongue or when his neck started spurting for no reason or when a person got filled with bullets by a thing they couldn't see!
So, anyway, I saw the new episode.
So, this is Notorious...Chase. A horror movie monster, if I ever saw one. It can always catch up to you yet it only moves if it sense movement.
Still, it's got to suck having a Stand that only activates when you're pushing daisies. How do you even get to know such a thing?

Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.Maybe the same way that dude with Cheap trick knew he'd be in deep shit if someone saw his back?
Perhaps an inherent instinct...or the stand could communicate with him and told him what it does.
One Strip! One Strip!Notorious Chase B.I.G automatically goes towards any movement... except apparently for mouths quickly moving up and down.
Well, yeah. Talking Is a Free Action after all. And, like, if people started getting punished for monologuing, we'd lose half the show.
"Canada Day is over, and now begins the endless dark of the Canada Night."Yeah, but as of the end of the episode, it's a plot point that Trish can't call Bruno or Abbacchio for help, warn them, or tell them about Giorno's replacement hand. The narrative is very clearly that Trish is all alone here, and while they might not be able to help out too much, it would still be good to spread information, and Bruno might be able to do something with Sticky Fingers.
Notorious B.I.G. kind of reminds me of Hunter x Hunter and its Nen abilities that grow stronger after death.
Hey guys, wanna see something terrible?

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Spice Girl looks a lot more like Killer Queen than I remembered.
I saw the new episode.
Problem...not ours anymore, let the sea handle it.
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.Am I the only one bugged by the fact that Mista seems to be the only gangster in this series who has a gun?

Who needs a gun when you have Punch Ghost power?
One Strip! One Strip!I think we had this conversation on a previous page. My take is: it would be an interestingly mundane way for the rest of the crew to have offensive tools to use in battle, but Stands are immune to damage from everything that isn't a Stand anyways, so it wouldn't really change much.
So Spice Girl Spicy Lady makes her debut.
....Wait? How is that exactly a fitting name Trish? Tell me that.
Anyway, the day is saved, and once again, lopping off limbs proves to be a viable strategy.
One Strip! One Strip! What a good fight. Trish is really cool here. "defeating" Notorious B.I.G. by turning it into a sea monster is also a fitting ending for such a horror themed stand.
Had to laugh at "smash cut to the entire gang cuddling up together".
Next episode: It's time for Doppio! I'm so excited.
Spoilers for future stands: On a whim, I looked up the localized names for the upcoming stands. Metallica is Metallic. Oasis is Sanctuary. And Green Day is, no joke, Green Tea. I can't decide if I hate that or love that to bits.

Oh, yes, the most awkward group photo I've ever seen.
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position. My favourite part is how Trish is just awkwardly standing to the side while the rest of the gang grinds up on each other.
Ever since Stand appear, Akari can make his fight more graphic and have more body damage than before since their always a guy that can heal the wound. Hamon is great and all, but i don't think Hamon could re-attact hand that often.
E.T technically is a Isekai movieneither do stands by default. It's just that araki keeps finding way to write healing powers into the story (crazy diamond, gold experience/sticky fingers). There's no hard rule that would prevent you from doing that with hamon if araki decided to.
"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."Basically Araki thinks it's a Good Thing You Can Heal
Hell, it was a plot point when Hamon was introduced that having it unlocked allowed Jonathan to instantly heal from all his injuries. Pretty much the only Part where the characters did not have access to healing is Part 3, which is why it's so weird that Jotaro can be riddled with bullet holes one second and then a few minutes later he's fine.
Also Part 6, where Jolyne had Stone Free for stitches but that was about it.
Is there a healing Stand in Part 8?
I'm not sure if that's really a good thing, but the part 6 team also filled their wounds with plankton.
Oh so high tier Hamon should heal?
I am still wondering how Passione knew Carne's Stand would be useful when he dies, since otherwise they wouldn't have hired him to go after the gang. Especially since asides from Anubis and maybe Jonathan's Hermit Purple, no other Stand can live on after the user's death
